The 2007 Trout Creek Art Show was held at Trinity Lutheran Church on May 5, 2007.  Sponsored by the Trout Creek Library, the sixth annual Art Show was again an outstanding success attracting 35 artists from the area and as far away as Chicago.  Against the background of George Sawyn’s soothing classical guitar music, guests were treated to an array of creative art work ranging from modern sculpture, traditional paintings and interactive art.  Special attractions this year included  the Animal Kingdom Gallery, a printmaking workshop led by Mellsse Carr of Iron Mountain, and an Art Happening conducted by Karen Milszeski and Pamela Laitala of Trout Creek, where artists and viewers added to a progressive painting throughout the day (See the progressive painting photos below). The final group artwork was one in a raffle by Sally Hautamaki. Many described the 2007 Art Show as “Best Ever!”
