The Seventh Annual Trout Creek Art Show was held May 3^rd at Trinity Lutheran Church in Trout Creek, sponsored by the Trout Creek Library. Each artist brought up to 3 pieces of artwork for the general display and one additional piece for the “small WORLD” special gallery. The “small WORLD” theme reflected a variety of ideas from miniatures, microscopic images blown up, tiny plant or animal life, the relation of our world to the universe, the relationship of technology to our world, etc. A general gallery walk & talk allowed artists describe their work. And an interactive session led by Lorri Wirsum was on imaginative free drawings based on combining features of animals and plants or geometric shapes to create new creatures!  Kind of a mad DNA scientist at work!  Results are on display at the church.
