First United Presbyterian Church

 Services:  11 A.M. Sundays (Lenten and some other services are shared with the Lutheran Church)

The church does not have a pastor. Services are conducted by Lay Speakers. The current Lay Speakers are: Gary Nelson, from Iron River, Kathy Charter, from Iron River, and Daryl Small, from Big Bay

Every 3 months, there is a session meeting, in which church business is conducted. Greg King from Ishpeming is the Moderator. The church clerk is Joan Pelkola, and the treasurer is Maxine Thompson.

Trinity Lutheran Church

               11:00 A.M. Sunday,  July 2003 through June 2004

The Church celebrated its 105^th Anniversary last Year

Calvary Temple Assembly of God Church

 Pastor: The Reverend Mr. Doug Silsby would like you to feel free to call for prayer or counseling.

Office Hours: Thursday, 8:30 to 11:30 A.M.

Services: (Coffee and rolls are served before Sunday morning worship)

 (There is no preaching service-members sing or read from scriptures.)

 Other Activities:

 Ladies and Men’s breakfasts (held at one of the member’s homes)

Annual Picnic

Retreats (usually 2 per year, one in the spring and one in the fall, held at different sites)

The Church was started in 1950 by the Reverend Mr. Moody, and the Reverend C.E. Bowman was the pastor for 5 years; Doug Silsby has been with this church for about 2 years.
