Ladies Who Lunch, July 29, 2005
Next Luncheon August 25 "Back to School"

¡Bienvenida! Welcome to the July Ladies Who Lunch Mexican Fiesta
where our Ladies look a los mil maravillas (wonderfully well) y muy hermosa (and very beautiful).

A smiling sol (sun) lightens the day and our hearts

Our lovely anfitriona (hostess) greets each
Lady with a cheery smile in Mexican style.

¡Muchas gracias (many thanks), dear friend, for the
festive decorations and your heartfelt smile!

¡Uno ...
...dos ...
... tres: amigas (friends) no matter how you count them!

The affectionate abrazo (hug).

¡Las Sonrisas muy lindas! (The beautiful smiles!)

A beaming madre (mother) looks on ..

... as the proud abuela (grandmother) holds her
handsome nieto (grandson).

What should these sweet seňoras (ladies) do with chili peppers?

Should the decorate their sombreros (hats)?

Should they bite into them? ¡Muy caliente! Very hot!

We enjoyed our almuerzo delicioso (delicious lunch).

We enjoyed the flores vivas (bright flowers).

We really, really enjoyed spending time with the charming
nieta (granddaughter) of one of our favorite Ladies.

We asked our concinero (chef) to sing for us in Spanish

Much to our delight, he sang "De Colores," a song
about the colors and flowers of spring.

We applaud the staff of this wonderful restaurante (restaurant)
for a meal that was muy deliciosa (very delicious).

¡Vaya con dios! (Go with God) until we gather again
on August 25 to go "Back to School."

Adios 'til then!
